For digital products that have already been delivered, returns or refunds are only possible if the product key has yet to be redeemed. Once the key is redeemed on the respective platform, it cannot be refunded, as it can only be activated once.
Dynamic Infotech Solutions reserves the right to verify the product key’s validity within seven calendar days. If the key is found to have already been activated, we reserve the right to deny the refund since the service has been provided as agreed. If the product has not yet been delivered, you may cancel and request a refund anytime, even after the standard 15-day period. To cancel, customers must notify us via email at info@dynamicinfotechsolutions.com with a clear statement of their decision. Refunds may also be processed for defective products, such as invalid or already redeemed keys, provided we are informed within 15 days of delivery via email at info@dynamicinfotechsolutions.com. We may request additional proof for reported issues.
Refunds will not be granted if the game keys are reported as redeemed after 15 days from delivery, or if the dissatisfaction stems from the product itself or if your device does not meet the minimum system requirements.
If a customer purchases the wrong software, OS, game, or no longer needs the product, we can issue a full refund and deactivate the key within 15 days of purchase, provided the key has not been redeemed. For pre-orders, customers can request a refund at any point before the key is delivered. If the product key does not work as expected, we will either issue a full refund or provide a replacement key after reviewing the issue.
If a customer buys two or more licenses in a single order and requests a refund for one, they will receive a partial refund for that product only.
In cases of order cancellation, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred by choosing a non-standard delivery option), within 15 days from the date we are notified of the cancellation. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction unless that method does not support refunds. In such cases, we will reach out to arrange an alternative refund method. No fees will be charged for the refund. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we verify that the product remains in unused condition. For digital keys, this means they must not have been redeemed. If the product has already been delivered, customers must promptly contact us via email to inform us of the cancellation. If the key has been redeemed, a refund will not be issued.
